Welcome To Eswatini Hospice

The organization was established in 1990 with the purpose of helping people with incurable diseases like cancer when it has reached the later stages.

The hospitals have tried and failed to help the individuals and the situation dictates that individuals are taken care of at home to try and decrease the number of patients admitted in the hospitals. That is how Eswatini Hospice at Home was established, to bridge the gap so that patients do not feel neglected. Patients are given assurance that they will get the best possible care by qualified nurses.

Official Launch of the Knitting Challenge 2023 by HRH Inkhosikati Make LaNgangaza at Lozitha Royal Palace. She encouraged all Emaswati to partake in the initiative either by donating wool or partake in knitting to help People with Life Limiting and Life threatening conditions and their families with warm clothing especially during the winter season. What We Do?

We work for the benefit of people affected by death and dying, collaborating with our hospice members and other partners who work in end of life care.

PAIN CONTROL

Each year 27,000 children in the United diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.

COUNSELLING

Counselling for the terminally ill clients and their families. Grief and bereavement counselling.

TRAINING & ADVICE

Training on care and support for people with life limiting conditions for family and community cares.

DAY CARE

We have a day care center, patients can visit the Hospice to recieve care and let their families at home have a rest.

BEREVEMENT SUPPORT

When our client dies, we support their families emotionally in their grief and be there when we are needed.

Palliative care

Our palliative care team help manage symptoms and related issues to reduce stress and improve quality of life.
